 Entering this season with a new head coach and many new players on the team, the boys varsity baseball team will have to continue playing to its utmost potential in order to maintain the early season success they have had, after a 5-2 record in the PVAC.

BVV stands just under .500
After a rough start this season, with a 3-0 opening loss against the Hebrew Academy Cougars on March 21, the boys varsity volleyball team has bounced back, achieving a 3-4 record after seven games.
“This team, as a whole is very young, and practices have been spent working on basic fundamentals such as serving and attacking,” said Head Coach Christian Citarella.

Strong start for track and field
This year’s track team has a new head coach and a new attitude that will lead it to achieve its goals of constant improvement and victory throughout the season.
Dymond scores
Senior Gabe Dymond played in the D.C. Metro Classic held at American University’s Bender Arena on March 27. The game showcases talented area high school players who must be nominated to play.
