Lateral entry threatens building capacity
Entering its second year in the Lerner Family campus, the Upper School is seeing unprecedented increases in enrollment, which, if they continue, threaten to fill the Upper School to capacity within the next few years.


Trial end-of-year schedule to reduce stress
To reduce end-of-year stress, the administration has approved a one year experimental policy under which students in grades nine through11 will take only two final exams this June, down from four to five finals in past years.
Rekhtman returns to Hungarian camp, reconnects with Eastern European past
The last time senior Alina Rekhtman entered the gates of Camp Szarvas, she was about to celebrate her tenth birthday.

This summer, she returned to the familiar camp and began her reconnection with a place and culture she had not seen in years, hoping to establish new bonds with Jewish teenagers from all over Eastern Europe.
